Farmhouse Pasta

We produce farmhouse-style fresh pasta including fettuccine, rigatoni, and rotini using locally-sourced, sustainable, semolina and flour.

Traditional Farmhouse pasta

Plain – A plain pasta made with Australian durum-wheat semolina and flour. Available as fettuccine, spaghetti, rigatoni and rotini.

Wholemeal (d.v) – A plain pasta with extra fibre using a blend of durum wheat semolina and wholemeal flour, so it’s better for you. Our special processing techniques ensure a silky smooth texture. Available as fettuccine, spaghetti, rigatoni and rotini.

Egg (d) – A plain pasta made with Australian durum-wheat semolina and flour, and free-range pasteurised whole egg. Available as fettuccine and spaghetti.

Beetroot (d.v) – A plain pasta made with Australian durum-wheat semolina and flour, with Australian baby beetroot for a lush, sweeter taste. Available as fettuccine and rotini.

Carrot (d.v) – A plain pasta made with Australian durum-wheat semolina and flour, and fresh Australian carrots. Available as fettuccine, and rotini.

Spinach (d.v) – A plain pasta made with Australian durum-wheat semolina and flour, and fresh Australian baby spinach leaves. Available as fettuccine and rotini.

Squid Ink (d) – A pasta made with Australian durum wheat semolina and flour, exquisitely blended with squid ink to produce a silky-black pasta. Available as fettuccine and spaghetti.

Traffic Light set (d.v) – a pack containing our beetroot, carrot, and spinach pastas.
